Inatogel Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

SECTION 1

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By registering an account or using any services provided by inatogel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

To use the inatogel platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party without explicit written authorisation.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited under local law.

Inatogel reserves the right to decline or terminate the account of any user found to be ineligible under these criteria at any time.

SECTION 2

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the inatogel platform. Registering a second or multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance. You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ensure that no other party uses your account without your authorisation.
• Notify inatogel immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.

Inatogel is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.

SECTION 3

Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities

Users of the inatogel platform agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation.
• Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to unlawfully influence the outcome of any game.
• Transferring funds between user accounts with the intent of circumventing bonus or withdrawal requirements.
• Using your inatogel account for money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to access your account.
• Publishing or circulating content that is indecent, offensive, or discriminatory on the platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and appropriate legal proceedings.

SECTION 4

Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information

All financial transactions on the inatogel platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). inatogel does not accept payments in foreign currencies unless a specific prior arrangement has been made.

Deposit: All deposits made are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified technical errors confirmed by our team. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method. inatogel reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any deposit or withdrawal.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the payment method. inatogel reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until all bonus rollover requirements have been fully met. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, except in special circumstances that have been approved.

Bonus Terms: All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated at the time the bonus offer is presented. Failure to meet the rollover requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Liability Limits: inatogel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, technical service disruptions, or unauthorised access to your account. The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee of winnings or any particular game outcome.

Intellectual Property: All content on the inatogel platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of inatogel or our respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without our express written permission.

Third-Party Links: Our platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. inatogel is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to those links is entirely at the user's own risk.

SECTION 6

Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law

Account Suspension and Closure: inatogel reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity. In the case of a legitimate closure, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with our procedures. However, balances linked to fraudulent activity or breaches of terms may be forfeited in full.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the inatogel support team. Account closures will be processed within 5–10 business days. Any outstanding balance will be returned once all rollover requirements and reviews have been completed.

Changes to Terms: inatogel reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to individual users. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if that fails, through appropriate arbitration or legal proceedings. By using the inatogel platform, you agree that the applicable law will govern all claims and disputes.
